Aim of the proposed action :
To remove the obstacles that have so far forbidden the creation and realization of common global action by water activists.
Action to achieve this aim :
To obtain the inclusion into the first 4- 5 priority areas of the future action from the WSF. To promote the implementation of the proposal that ill be approved at the second alternative forum on water in Geneva 2005
